Rake Up Nampa

The city of Nampa each fall holds a “Rake Up Nampa” community service event on the second Saturday of November. This year the Rake Up Nampa day of service will be Saturday, November 11th. On this day teams of community members will go to the homes of senior or disabled members of our community who need help in cleaning up their yards prior to winter. This event is being promoted through the JustServe website and the City of Nampa.

Needed: Volunteers to form Rake Up Nampa Teams

We invite all members and ward organizations of our stake to be aware of this community service opportunity and consider participating as families, friends, or ward organizations to form a Rake Up Nampa Team. Those wishing to form a team simply need to go to the Rake Up Nampa city webpage and complete a short online application with the names of those on your team. A team consists of 10 or more people. If a team has fewer than 10, no problem, as they can be teamed with others.
